CEO/Executive Director Experience
Adriana Moreno, MPH is the Executive Director of the Anaheim Community Foundation. With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and a long-standing commitment to community work across Orange County, California, Adriana has dedicated her career to advancing equity, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding opportunities for underserved communities. She is the founder of D.A.R Public Health Consulting and previously served as CEO of SAFE Family Justice Centers in Riverside County and Executive Director of the Orange County Family Justice Center Foundation. A first-generation college graduate and daughter of migrant workers, Adriana brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work building stronger, healthier communities.
