As Executive Director, Diane oversees the activities of the organization, working directly with the staff, Board of Directors, and committees on a daily basis. Formerly the Executive Director at Delaware Highlands Conservancy in Pennsylvania and New York for ten years and before that the Senior Director at Natural Lands, Diane joined Bolsa Chica in 2026 with thirty years’ experience in land conservation. The belief that we should protect and conserve our natural world has driven Diane in her natural resource conservation efforts since 1997. She is dedicated to protecting and restoring the habitat for the wildlife, plants, and people that live here. To her, it is all about teamwork and this means we cannot accomplish our mission without the people—those that live, work, and play in the region.
