Nicole Watson started with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley in 2005 as the Athletic Director. Over the last 21 years, Nicole has held the positions of Athletic Director, Program Director, Branch Director, Area Director and Associate Executive Director. Nicole assumed the role of CEO for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley in July 2024. Nicole is part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley succession plan. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts, Physical Education, a Master of Science, Sport Management, and a Masters of Education & Cross Cultural Teaching Credential.
