With over 25 years of living and working in Fullerton, I have built deep roots in this community and developed meaningful relationships across a wide range of organizations, industries, and causes. That breadth of experience has shaped both my leadership philosophy and my commitment to making a lasting impact. My professional background is grounded in the financial sector, where I led complex sales and service teams across multiple locations within the same institution, consistently delivering top tier results. In that role, my responsibilities closely mirrored those of a CEO, managing people, driving performance, and aligning resources with organizational goals. As a leader, my priorities have always been to empower staff, provide the tools and support they need to grow, and model the professional standards I expect from my team. While much of my career has been in the business world, I have long understood the profound value of the nonprofit sector. My financial background is a genuine asset to this organization, and my six years serving on the Club's Board of Directors gave me a unique vantage point, deepening my appreciation for the Club's mission and sharpening my understanding of what effective leadership here truly requires. That tenure was both rewarding and instructive, allowing me to leverage my network for fundraising and community initiatives while collaborating with dedicated Board members and supporters who share a common purpose. The relationships I have cultivated with the Fullerton Elementary and High School Districts, the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce, the donor community, local and regional political leaders, the City of Fullerton, and Fullerton service clubs represent a significant resource, one I am eager to put to work for the Club's benefit. Ultimately, what drives me most is the opportunity to lead a talented team in an environment where we can do our best work together and, in doing so, improve the lives of children every single day.
