Mental Health Programs
Pathways Community Counseling Center provides affordable mental health therapy for people of all ages throughout Orange County. Our licensed therapists and supervised associates help the community navigate anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, substance use, school-related concerns, and other life challenges. Services include individual, family, and couples therapy, teen groups, parent support groups, and In the Clear, a therapist-led follow-up program for youth who need continued support after completing a prevention or intervention program. Pathways provides a welcoming place where people can find support, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall well-being.
Participants in Pathways Community Counseling Center are expected to:
Improve emotional health and overall well-being.
Develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills.
Strengthen communication and family relationships.
Reduce symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or other behavioral concerns.
Increase confidence in managing life's challenges.
Maintain progress through continued therapeutic support when appropriate.
Substance Abuse Education, Prevention, & Intervention
California Youth Services provides substance abuse prevention and early intervention programs that help youth make healthy decisions before substance use becomes a more serious concern. Services include the Juvenile Alcohol and Drug Education (JADE) Program, Alternative to Suspension, school-based prevention education, monitored drug testing, parent education, and community outreach. Working closely with schools, families, and community partners, CYS helps youth understand the risks of alcohol and other drugs, build healthier coping skills, and take responsibility for their choices. When additional support is needed, youth and families can access ongoing therapeutic services through our Mental Health Counseling programs.
