Bo Glover

CEO/Executive Director Experience

Bo Glover began his journey with the Environmental Nature Center in 1991 as a volunteer, helping build trails, restore habitat, and lead educational programs. Since becoming President & CEO in 1995, he has helped guide the ENC's growth into one of the region's most respected environmental education organizations, serving more than 30,000 people annually through its nature center, wildlife sanctuary, preschool, and community programs. A passionate advocate for environmental education, conservation, and sustainable design, Bo is a LEED Accredited Professional and has served in leadership roles with numerous local and national organizations, including as President of the Association of Nature Center Administrators (ANCA) and the California Society for Ecological Restoration (SERCAL). His commitment to connecting people with nature has earned recognition from organizations including the Los Angeles Lakers, LG Solar, and ANCA. When he's not at the ENC, Bo can often be found exploring the outdoors with his family in their beloved VW bus, Cassidy. More than three decades after arriving at the ENC, he remains driven by a simple belief: meaningful experiences in nature have the power to change lives—and ultimately, the world.
