PROGRAMS
Rescued and Restored Housing Program
We have 11 warm welcoming homes located in residential neighborhoods that specialize in emergency and transitional for adults. Our unique program promotes healing and allows space to meet their financial, mental and physical health goals—ultimately leading to stable permanent housing. We offer physical resources like food and clothing and restorative services like case management, housing navigation, group and individual counseling, career mentorship, life-skills workshops—tools to inspire independence and long-term healing.
Through the Rescued and Restored Housing Program, Grandma's House of Hope strives to help at least 90% of program participants to improve access to healthcare, 70% to improve physical and/or mental health and 95% to experience feelings of increased safety during their stay with us. As participants exit from our program, we hope that at least 60% will achieve, maintain or increase positive income by time of exit and 65% will transition to permanent housing within 12 months of entering our Housing Program.
