CEO/Executive Director Experience

As Chief Executive Officer of HOPE Center for the Arts, I lead the organization’s strategic vision, operations, fundraising, community partnerships, and long-term growth. I oversee programs that empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through innovative arts education, life enrichment, workforce development, and community integration. Since stepping into executive leadership, I have strengthened organizational operations, expanded community partnerships, developed new programs and revenue opportunities, led fundraising initiatives, overseen human resources and board relations, and championed opportunities that increase visibility for the artists we serve. I am passionate about building sustainable nonprofit organizations, fostering inclusive communities, and creating meaningful opportunities that help individuals with disabilities thrive and be recognized for their talents. I believe successful nonprofit leadership is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to creating lasting community impact through mission-driven work.
