CEO/Executive Director Experience
Mindy Andrews has served as Executive Director and Administrator of the John Henry Foundation since 2011. She holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MPA from California State University, Northridge. A California native and bilingual in English and Spanish, Mindy brings more than 30 years of experience in the social services field. Throughout her career, she has served children and adults across a range of special-needs populations and in both urban and rural settings. She also brings more than 20 years of nonprofit management experience to her leadership of the John Henry Foundation.
