Danielle Donald serves as Executive Director of Lemons to Lemonade Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting children who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Working alongside her daughter, founder Sophia Donald, Danielle leads operations, fundraising, sponsorship development, and community partnerships to expand access to grief support resources across Orange County. Through free grief camps, monthly peer meetups, and collaborations with schools, hospitals, and mental health professionals, she focuses on helping children feel supported, connected, and less alone. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Danielle is a Luxury Real Estate Advisor with Compass in Coastal Orange County and previously spent many years as an Executive Recruiter in the medical device and healthcare industries, building executive teams and managing client relationships nationwide.
