The Director of Bright Futures Foundation brings over 15 years of experience in launching and managing a variety of business ventures across multiple industries, with a strong focus on operations, leadership, and organizational development. This entrepreneurial background has provided extensive experience in building systems, leading teams, developing programs, and creating sustainable initiatives from the ground up. In addition to professional experience, the Director has over 3 years of direct volunteer involvement supporting adults with disabilities through community-based activities and engagement programs. This hands-on experience has provided meaningful insight into the challenges faced by individuals with special needs and their families, as well as the importance of inclusion, social connection, and accessible opportunities. The Director also has personal family connections within the special needs community, further strengthening a deep, long-standing commitment to advocacy, support, and improving quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This combination of professional leadership experience, volunteer service, and personal connection to the community forms the foundation for the mission and vision of Bright Futures Foundation.
