The mission of the Neuro Art International Foundation is to advance education, the arts, and community well-being by promoting NeuroArt as a contemporary language of creative expression.

As a nonprofit educational and cultural organization, the Foundation develops accessible educational programs, exhibitions, creative workshops, research initiatives, and community projects that bring together people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds.

We are committed to making art accessible to everyone, fostering creativity, promoting visual literacy, encouraging intercultural dialogue, and strengthening communities through education, artistic collaboration, and cultural exchange.

Our work serves the public benefit by expanding access to the arts, supporting cultural diversity, inspiring lifelong learning, and creating opportunities for individuals and communities to connect through creativity.

Neuro Art International Foundation is a California-based nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding public access to Neuro Art and Neurographica through education, creative practice, cultural engagement, and community collaboration.

Our mission is to inspire creativity, lifelong learning, and personal growth by providing educational programs, exhibitions, workshops, public demonstrations, and community art initiatives that make Neuro Art accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.

We work with students, educators, artists, immigrants, refugees, veterans, seniors, and other community members, creating inclusive opportunities to explore creativity as a tool for communication, learning, and cultural connection.

Our organization develops educational resources, supports emerging artists, organizes exhibitions and public events, promotes international cultural exchange, and builds partnerships with schools, colleges, libraries, museums, and community organizations.

Founded in Orange County, California, Neuro Art International Foundation seeks to establish a permanent educational and exhibition center where community members can participate in creative programs, attend workshops, experience exhibitions, and engage in collaborative artistic projects.

Through grants, donations, and strategic partnerships, we are building sustainable programs that increase access to arts education, strengthen community engagement, and foster cross-cultural understanding through innovative visual arts.

We believe that creative education has the power to transform communities by inspiring curiosity, encouraging lifelong learning, and bringing people together through shared creative experiences.

At the heart of all our programs is Neurographica—an innovative creative method that we are committed to promoting, teaching, and expanding through education, research, and community engagement. We offer a certified introductory program that provides participants with a solid foundation in Neurographica, support educational and creative projects based on the method, document participant experiences, and study community feedback to better understand its educational and creative impact.

Building upon this foundation, we foster the development of Neuro Art—an emerging artistic direction that transforms Neurographica into original works of art, public exhibitions, cultural initiatives, and international creative collaboration.

Support for our organization will make it possible to expand access to Neurographica education, offer more free community programs, strengthen research and documentation of participant experiences, and create new opportunities for artists, educators, students, and communities to connect through creativity.

Our long-term vision is to establish a permanent gallery and educational center in Orange County that will serve as an international hub for Neurographica and Neuro Art. This space will provide a home for exhibitions, educational programs, artist development, and cross-cultural collaboration.

With this foundation in place, we plan to launch the International Neurographica Competition, inviting participants from around the world to showcase innovative works created using the Neurographica method. We also envision hosting the annual International Neuro Art Show in Orange County, bringing together artists, educators, researchers, and community leaders to celebrate creativity, exchange knowledge, and advance the global development of Neurographica and Neuro Art.

Every grant and every donation is an investment in a growing international movement—one that expands access to creative education, supports emerging artists, encourages cultural dialogue, and inspires future generations through the universal language of creativity.

Neuro Art International Foundation was established in January 2026 to create accessible educational and cultural opportunities centered on Neurographica and Neuro Art. As a newly established nonprofit, we have developed our vision, educational programs, and community partnerships, but we now require the infrastructure needed to serve the community effectively.

Our most urgent need is a permanent facility in Orange County that can function as an administrative office, educational classroom, and public art gallery. A dedicated space will allow us to offer regular classes, workshops, exhibitions, community events, and international cultural programs throughout the year while creating a welcoming environment for students, artists, families, immigrants, refugees, and community members.

To launch and sustain these programs, we seek funding for:

Office, classroom, and gallery rental expenses.
Basic office furniture and administrative equipment.
Educational equipment, computers, audiovisual technology, and teaching materials.
Gallery furnishings, display systems, lighting, storage, and exhibition equipment.
Art supplies and creative materials for educational and community programs.
Website development, digital educational resources, and online learning platforms.
Professional services for curriculum development, program design, technology, marketing, and communications.
Staff and contractor support necessary to establish and operate high-quality educational and cultural programs.
Program administration, outreach, volunteer coordination, insurance, and other essential operating expenses.
A permanent home will enable us to build a sustainable center for Neurographica education and Neuro Art in Orange County. Beyond serving the local community, this space will become the foundation for future international initiatives, including the International Neurographica Competition and the annual International Neuro Art Show in Orange County.

Investment in our organization during this early stage will create lasting community impact by establishing an innovative educational and cultural center that promotes creativity, lifelong learning, international collaboration, and public access to the arts for years to come.

I, Viedana Pomazanova as a college student, I believe that young people have the ability to shape stronger, more creative, and more connected communities when they are given opportunities to learn, create, and lead.

Serving as Vice President of Neuro Art International Foundation is an opportunity for me to help build those opportunities for others. I am committed to working with students and young adults by encouraging participation in educational, creative, and community initiatives centered on Neurographica. I believe that introducing young people to this innovative creative method can inspire curiosity, strengthen collaboration, and support the development of new ideas and meaningful projects.

I look forward to sharing my own experiences, helping organize educational programs, exhibitions, volunteer activities, and community events, while encouraging youth leadership and civic engagement. My goal is to help create an inclusive environment where students feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to contribute their talents to their communities.

I am proud to support the promotion of Neurographica as both a creative and research-based method, encouraging dialogue between education, art, and innovation. Through collaboration with schools, colleges, community organizations, and volunteers, I hope to help expand access to creative learning and inspire the next generation to develop projects that make a positive difference in society.

Together, we can build a community where creativity becomes a catalyst for learning, collaboration, innovation, and positive social impact.
