Krista Hollinger, MPH, is the President & CEO of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties (PPOSBC), one of the largest Planned Parenthood affiliates in the country, providing more than 270,000 medical visits last year. A strategic, mission-driven executive with nearly 25 years of experience in health care and public policy, Krista is known for pairing bold vision with operational discipline to deliver measurable impact. Her approach blends data-driven innovation with thoughtful change management, with a focus on impact and resilience. The communities served by PPOSBC and the team she leads are at the center of all of Krista’s decisions. Krista previously held leadership roles at UC Irvine Health. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from University of California, San Diego and her Master of Public Health from University of California, Los Angeles. A lifelong advocate for reproductive justice, she is passionate about advancing health equity and developing the next generation of women leaders.
