CEO/Executive Director Experience

Mike Le brings more than two decades of leadership experience to The Autism Community in Action (TACA). He began his career in corporate and real estate law before transitioning to mission-driven organizations focused on expanding access to care for children with cancer and children with disabilities. As Executive Director, Mike applies his legal, operational, and fundraising expertise to strengthen TACA's impact, expand its reach, and help more families access the education, support, and hope they need. Mike earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and a bachelor's degree from Occidental College. He is a licensed attorney in California.
