Michelle Woodhill

CEO/Executive Director Experience

A Southern California native, Michelle began her nonprofit career right here at The Priority Center as a Grant Writer and Marketing and Communications Coordinator. It was here that she first discovered her passion for creating meaningful impact and helping transform lives through service. Over the past 15 years, Michelle has built an impressive career in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic growth across healthcare and community service organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer for Illumination Health + Home and Tower Cancer Research Foundation, where she developed innovative fundraising programs, secured transformational gifts, and built national partnerships that expanded the organizations’ reach and impact. Michelle is known for bringing people together around a shared mission and for building the relationships and resources that help organizations thrive. Her expertise in philanthropy, corporate and foundation partnerships, and long-term strategic planning comes at an important time for The Priority Center as we respond to growing community needs, navigate changes in government funding, and explore opportunities for thoughtful expansion. Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where she focused on international law, juvenile defense, and child advocacy. She also graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a degree in International Relations. Beyond her professional work, she serves on the boards of The Breasties and The LYTE Foundation. This full circle moment for Michelle and The Priority Center is filled with excitement for her vision, compassion, and leadership as we continue transforming trauma into triumph, one life at a time.
