CEO/Executive Director Experience
Crystal Cove Conservancy’s President & CEO, Hallie Jones, brings more than two decades of conservation and nonprofit leadership experience. She joined The Conservancy as Executive Vice President in September 2023, providing organizational leadership and strategic development across its education, community engagement, conservation, and advocacy programs. Before joining The Conservancy, Hallie spent more than a decade advancing marine conservation at Heal the Bay and served as Executive Director of Laguna Canyon Foundation beginning in 2013. She was elected to the Laguna Beach City Council in 2024 and serves on the boards of the Natural Communities Coalition and as an Orange County Parks Commissioner. Hallie is deeply committed to making oceans and open spaces accessible to people from all backgrounds while protecting the habitats that make these places extraordinary.
