CEO/Executive Director Experience
Peg Corley (She/They) is the Chief Executive Officer of the LGBTQ Center Orange County. She served on the Center’s Board of Directors from 1998 to 2010 and has been the LGBTQ Center OC's CEO since 2016. While at the helm these past ten years, she has expanded programming at the Center, built new partnerships within the community, more than doubled the organization’s operating budget, and dramatically improved the reach and sustainability of the organization. In her role as CEO of the LGBTQ Center OC, Peg serves on multiple community collaboratives including the California State University Long Beach Public Health Advisory Board, the Orange County Child and Youth Mental Health Initiative Advisory Collaborative, and the Orange County Economic Justice Initiative. She believes that working in intersectional spaces is the best way to drive change.
