Eya Kane is the Founder and CEO of Make It Your Home, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization she established at just 16 years old while attending JSerra Catholic High School. As CEO, Eya oversees the organization's mission, strategic direction, community partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer engagement. Under her leadership, Make It Your Home has successfully furnished 35 homes, supporting survivors of domestic violence, families transitioning out of homelessness, veterans, and military families throughout Orange County and surrounding communities. Eya has built relationships with established nonprofit organizations, including Laura's House, Human Options, Radiant Futures, Families Forward, and veteran support organizations, helping connect vulnerable families with essential home furnishings at no cost. Currently attending the University of San Diego, where she is pursuing a degree with a focus on law, Eya continues to lead and expand Make It Your Home while balancing her academic responsibilities. Through her entrepreneurial vision, compassion, and hands-on leadership, Eya has transformed an idea she developed as a teenager into a growing nonprofit that has already changed the lives of dozens of families, demonstrating that age is no barrier to making a meaningful difference.
